Commission TOS

Please read this page carefully! By purchasing a commission from me, you automatically agree to the Terms of Service described below:General:
- Using the commission for NFTs or crypto is strictly forbidden.
- The commission may not be used to train AI datasets or to generate AI images.
- Commissions are for personal use only. You are not allowed to resell the commission or to use it to earn a monetary profit, nor are you allowed to claim the work as your own.
- You are welcome to post the commission to social media as long as it is visibly credited to me. This includes using it as a background, icon, header, etc..
- You are also welcome to make a physical copy of your commission as long as it is for personal use!
- I reserve the right to terminate an in-progress commission due to harassment or uncomfortable behavior (determined at my discretion), extended lack of communication (no response for longer than a month), or due to a violation of these terms of service.Process:
- Full payment must be made upfront, via PayPal invoice only.
- Please complete the invoice payment within 3 days (72 hours), otherwise I will cancel your commission.
- Refunds will not be given after I've started drawing.
- Commission speed will depend on your placement in my commission queue and on commission type. I will always do my best to remain communicative and provide updates when possible!
- If you need a commission before a certain date, please let me know before making any payments. I am happy to discuss reasonable deadlines, but I cannot accommodate deadlines given after payment has been made.
- I will send a WIP at the sketch and lineart stages (for color commissions). You are allowed to make up to two major/minor revisions at the sketch stage, and two minor revisions at the lineart or color stages. Major revisions are changes to poses, outfits, or the composition. Minor revisions are changes to expressions or small details. Additional revisions or revisions that do not follow the criteria listed above will incur a fee (dependent on the nature of the revision).
- Please let me know if there's anything you'd like for me to change, especially in the early stages! I'd love for you to be happy with your commission, but I will not be responsible for your level of satisfaction if feedback is not given during the creation process.After:
- You will receive two digital files of the commission via email: a high resolution file and a lower resolution file (I'd prefer for you to use the low-res file if you post the commission publicly). You will not receive a physical product unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I, the artist, retain all copyright over my artwork. This includes the right to use or reproduce the commission for advertisement or sales, unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a commission that involves your original character(s), publicly posted images will credit you with your character design and I will not resell the artwork.

yes, if it's not a piece for an ongoing zine (has not opened leftover sales yet) and as long as you credit me in your bio. if you're unsure if a zine is ongoing or not, you can ask me!2. can i repost your art?

maybe! it depends on which comic and where you plan to share the translated comics to. you're welcome to dm me to ask!4. can i tag you in a post of merch i bought from your shop?
